Sky Q No Satellite Signal On Some Channels

Hi we have been having intermittent problems with some channels for approx 1 week. As usually happened to tstv. Have just restarted the box. At that moment input 1 did not have any signal at all but input 2 was locked.

All other channels seem to be ok.
